NBTX Guide Help Account settings, email, and password changes
Account includes profile editing and password controls. Email changes may require inbox confirmation.
Update your name, email, or phone
- Sign in.
- Open Account.
- Select the edit icon beside the Account heading.
- Change your name, email, or phone number.
- Select Save Details.
- Check your inbox if NBTX Guide asks you to confirm an email change.
Change your password
- Open Account.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter a new password with at least eight characters.
- Select Update Password.
Reset a forgotten password
- Open Log In.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your account email.
- Open the reset link from your inbox and choose a new password.
What happens next
- Saved name, email, and phone details appear in Account.
- An email change may stay incomplete until you confirm it from your inbox.
- A password must contain at least eight characters.
Troubleshooting
I forgot my password.
Open the login page, select Forgot Password, and enter the account email. Follow the reset link sent to that inbox.
I cannot access the confirmation or reset email.
Check the email address for typing errors and check spam or junk folders. Use Contact if you no longer have access to the inbox.
I was asked to log in.
Account settings are only available after authentication.
