Check the status of a claim or business submission

Account shows pending claims, business submissions made while signed in, and listings connected to approved ownership claims.

Check a pending claim or submission

  1. Sign in to NBTX Guide.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Find Pending Review.
  4. Check whether the item is labeled Ownership claim or Business submission.

Find an approved ownership claim

  1. Open Account.
  2. Find My Businesses.
  3. Select Manage on the approved listing.

Check a reviewed business submission

Account lists a business submission only while it is pending. After review, it does not show an approval or rejection result in Account. Contact NBTX Guide with the business name if you need the outcome.

What happens next

  • Pending claims and signed-in business submissions appear under Pending Review.
  • An approved ownership claim appears under My Businesses.
  • Account does not show a final approval or rejection result for a business submission after review.

Troubleshooting

My business submission is missing from Account.

Only submissions made while signed in are connected to Account. A submission made while signed out cannot be tracked there.

I cannot open Account.

Sign in with the account used for the claim or submission. The Account page is only available to signed-in users.

I do not see a completion date.

NBTX Guide does not publish a review-time estimate. Check Account for the current state.
