Add a new business

Add a business when no matching NBTX Guide listing exists. You may submit while signed in or signed out.

Submit a business

Search the business directory for the business name.
If no matching listing exists, open Add a Business.
Enter the official business name, website and phone when available, full address, and category.
Enter your name, email, phone number, and role.
Confirm that you are authorized to submit or claim the business.
Review the linked Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Select Submit Business For Review.

Signing in before submission lets you see the pending item in Account. The name and phone number entered under Your Information are also saved to your Account profile.

What happens next

NBTX Guide reviews the submission before adding it to the directory.
A submission made while signed in appears under Pending Review in Account.
When you submit while signed in, the name and phone entered under Your Information become the saved name and phone in Account.
A submission made while signed out is not connected to an Account page.

Troubleshooting

The business is already listed.

Open the existing profile and use Claim This Business if you are authorized to manage it. For a factual correction, open Contact and choose Correction.

My category is not listed.

Choose Other and enter the requested category.

I do not want marketing text messages.

Leave the optional text-marketing box unchecked. Consent is not required to submit a business.
