Claim a business listing

Claim an existing listing if you own the business or have permission to manage its public information.

Send a claim

  1. Open the business profile in the NBTX Guide directory.
  2. Select Claim This Business.
  3. Sign in or create an account if prompted.
  4. Choose your relationship to the business.
  5. Enter details that NBTX Guide can use to verify your connection.
  6. Confirm that you are authorized to act for the business.
  7. Review the linked Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, check the agreement box, and select Send Claim For Review.

Only an owner or authorized representative should submit a claim.

What happens next

  • The claim appears under Pending Review in Account.
  • Approved listings move to My Businesses, where **Manage** opens the business manager.
  • A listing that already has an approved owner cannot be claimed again.

Troubleshooting

I was sent to the login page.

Sign in or create an account. NBTX Guide returns you to the claim page after authentication.

I do not see a claim option.

Some public listings cannot be claimed. A listing may also already have an approved owner.

What verification details should I send?

Use a business-domain email, an official website or staff-page link, or your role plus a public business contact point. Do not send passwords, IDs, or payment details.
