Update an approved listing

Approved owners can edit their listings from Manage Business. Available sections depend on the listing plan.

Open the business manager

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Find the business under My Businesses.
  4. Select Manage to open the business manager.

Update the listing

  1. Choose a section: Business, Contact, Hours, Social & Links, Offers, Media, or Plan.
  2. Change the available fields.
  3. Use the save button in that section.
  4. Open the public listing to check the published result.

Free listings include business basics, a short description, phone, address, and a profile image. Enhanced and Growth listings unlock more editor sections.

What happens next

  • Saved text fields update through the business manager.
  • Media changes are submitted through the media controls.
  • Plan-locked sections remain unavailable until the listing has the required plan.

Troubleshooting

I do not see the business in Account.

The business must be approved and connected to your account before it appears under My Businesses.

A field is locked.

Open the plan link beside the field. Website, hours, full descriptions, social links, galleries, video, maps, and extra links require Enhanced or Growth. Covers and offers require Growth.

I am trying to correct a listing I do not own.

Open Contact, choose Correction, and include the listing URL and corrected information.
