Listing plans and available profile features

The listing plan controls which profile fields and business-manager sections are available.

The public Business Plans page also lists visibility reports, a custom AI agent, and Google Business Profile review features where included.

Open plan options

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Manage on an approved listing.
  4. Open Plan.
  5. Review the current plan and the choices shown for that business.

What happens next

  • Free remains available for business basics.
  • Enhanced and Growth choices may be shown in Manage Business.
  • Checkout, payment-method changes, downgrades, and cancellations are not available in the current account tools.

Troubleshooting

The upgrade button does not open checkout.

Online checkout is not available yet. Open Business Plans and select Contact Us About Your Listing.

I need to downgrade or cancel.

Those account controls are not available yet. NBTX Guide has not published self-service downgrade or cancellation steps.

A media type is locked.

Gallery images require Enhanced or Growth. Cover images require Growth. Logo submissions are available on all plans.
